Meet Our Team
Hi there! I’m a parent to an amazing 6 year old and have been deeply involved with this community for some time now. My parenting journey has led me to embrace positive parenting principles, which have transformed my relationship with my child.
My time in this community has been incredibly rewarding. I've connected with like-minded parents who share my commitment to raising children through guidance rather than punishment, empathy rather than criticism, and understanding rather than control.
I'm passionate about supporting other parents on their journeys, sharing what I've learned, and continuing to grow alongside my child.
In my spare time I love to paint abstract art or be outside on my ranch with my animals.

For over 13 years, I have been dedicated to supporting neurodivergent families—a journey that began in 2012 when I completed the Guiding Cooperation program while helping my son navigate early intervention. The experience shaped my deep commitment to supporting families on similar journeys .
I believe in the power of connection, patience, and practical tools to create a more harmonious family life. Whether through my work or simply as a fellow parent, I love sharing what I've learned to help others feel supported and empowered.
When I'm not working with families, you'll find me moving—whether it’s lifting weights, hiking through nature, or soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Yosemite Valley. Exercise and the outdoors keep me grounded, and I love sharing that passion with my community.

As a parenting specialist at Guiding Cooperation, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work.
Having gone through the program myself, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of conscious parenting. My journey has also been deeply influenced by seven years of studying Human Design and homeopathy, shaping the way I approach parenting and family dynamics. I’m passionate about supporting parents in fostering deeper connections with their children and navigating challenges with confidence and compassion.

Hi, I'm Archer. I live just outside Austin, Texas with my wife and our three homeschooled children. Becoming a father was truly the most transformative event in my life. It catalyzed me to become the best role model I could possibly be for my kids.
Now, I'm eager to share the experience of harmonious parenthood with other families who know there's a better way than how they were raised. I believe strongly in creating a balanced life - I practice qi gong, exercise daily, and love to unwind by exploring local taco trucks around Austin.
There's nothing quite like connecting with my community over some authentic street food!
My approach to parenting focuses on mutual respect and understanding. I've found that the work I've put into personal growth has directly translated to more meaningful connections with my children and a more peaceful household overall.
