DESCRIPTION
This workshop address the many challenges that emerge with the new school year. Come prepared to participate and leave with concrete tools to support regulation & simple, positive habits to help the whole family lauch into this school year with compassion.
Starting the school year isn't easy. Children may be dealing with:
- new teachers & new friends
- changing environments & expectations
- the cognitive work of transitioning to a new year
- the emotional work of settling into new expectations
In this workshop, we will teach you:
- how to support your child with simple tools
- what to expect with the school year transition
- how to help kids thrive in their classroom & at home
